A camp where you learn to recognize when you are being hurt – and gain the strength to say no. For yourself. For others. Sometimes it seems like a joke. Other times it hurts. Someone is laughing – but not you.
If you have ever felt your throat tighten because of someone’s words, or stayed silent when you should have stood up for yourself – then this camp is for you.
Date: July 23–26
Four days of interactive workshops where you can learn:
- how to recognize bullying,
- how not to face it alone,
- how to stand up for yourself – and for those who are being hurt.
Our motto: Be brave, be a protector – not a victim.
Besides meaningful conversations, what else awaits you?
Experiences that will energize you:
- playful confidence-building that works almost without you noticing
- movement and cooperation – sports and team-building
- water battles, campfires, music, and lots of laughter.
We are looking for young people who, like you, believe that respecting yourself and others is what truly matters.
